Shipping Terms
Available articles are dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment or with cash on delivery orders, 24 hours after order entrance by German post office or DHL. Also individually engraved pieces of jewellery will be shipped with within this period. Please note that engraved items and custom-made items cannot be shipped via cash on delivery. Shipment takes place on weekdays, Monday-Friday. In case of unavailability of the ordered goods we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.
The basis for the calculation of the shipping costs is the order value.
